3-Minute Miracles are easy, guided movements distilled from the pioneering work of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais (1904-1984), founder of the Feldenkrais Method®. In our instructional videos, Brenda Sorkin, Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, guides subjects through the most effective, brief strategies she has learned in nearly 40 years of helping her clients to relieve pain and restore proper posture.

​From athletes, dancers and musicians to laborers and professionals tethered to computer screens, she’s helped hundreds regain natural, pain-free movement through private and group sessions. Just as important, she’s given them brief techniques to use on their own as needed. As a result, they can return to their optimal state without delay if they’ve made a wrong move (or even not moved enough). It was this kind of help that inspired her client, Jason Groenewold, to partner with Brenda in creating the “3-Minute Miracles” platform to make these “miracles” accessible to a wider audience than those she can see in person.
