With every step we take, we experience the interplay of instability and stability. Working with these elements together generates an ability to find our state of balance, which is never static. Movement variations teach that interplay between losing equilibrium and training your system to recover it.

In this course, our expert practitioners will help strengthen your sense of balance in this way with simple movement processes that can be done on the floor, in a bed or sitting. These dynamic lessons will help instill a sound sense of finding balance without the narrowing and limitations that can come from injuries, age or basic inabilities arising from inexperience.

Classes Include:

#1. Rolling on the Floor for Balance (~25 minutes)
#2. Rotating Arms on the Floor for Balance (~24 minutes)
#3. Inside Outside Feet Sitting and Lying on the Floor for Balance (~26 minutes)
