How to Choose

If you’re new to our approach, we recommend beginning with the Discounted Introductory Course. These classes will start guiding you to the diversity of movement our minds and bodies need to create greater fluidity, stability and flexibility.

Next, move on to whatever appeals to you. For instance, the Movement Momentum Courses aim to restore natural patterns. Its classes can help your body release habitual neuromuscular patterns and rigidities and reorganize from injuries. Other courses may have special interest for you. More than with biomechanics, stretches or crunches, you’ll find effective approaches to improving range of motion, postural alignment, mobility, pain reduction and injury prevention.

Each course will indicate if it’s slower paced or more complex. Every class asks that you proceed in comfort rather than pushing or stretching into a position. Some classes are longer, some shorter.  We also offer “3-Minute Miracles “Sniblets” ideal for when you’re on the go. Classes can involve sitting, standing or lying on the floor (and often a combination of these). If you can’t comfortably be on the floor, you can always be on your bed. Be gentle. Be kind. Linger. Discover and explore.

Finally, we offer in-person sessions for those who would like to make an appointment.
